Women’s Travel Wisdom Program
Over five days, women will share their inspirational stories and how they have learned to overcome fear, manage the unexpected and live the life of their dreams. There will also be wellness workshops to teach the principles of mindfulness, personal empowerment, animal conservation, and wabi-sabi to provide action-oriented tools and guidance to help women be more purposeful in their lives and travels. Daily practices will include yoga, massage, meditation, dancing, Indigenous nature walks, healthy meals and sound healing.
Thursday, October 20, 2022 – Arrival Day at Mandala Springs Wellness Retreat Centre
Transportation provided (at additional cost) from the airport.
Arrive by 4:00 pm. Check in to your room and get settled
5:00 pm – 5:30 pm: Welcome! Meet your travel sisters!
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Keynote Speaker “Why We Travel: Overcoming Fear & Finding Joy” – Debbie Phillips
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Dinner outside in our beautiful pavilion
8:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Welcome Party with DJ Max August. (Non-alcoholic drinks only)
10:30 pm: Bedtime – get rested for tomorrow
