Questions and Answers

Most everything is included – food, accommodations, speakers, and activities like meditation and yoga, as well as one wellness treatment. However, there is a separate charge for additional wellness treatments. Click here to see our menu. You can book these after you’ve registered.

There is wifi available in certain areas of the property. The Lodges, Store, and Mandala Hall have good Wi-Fi. There is great cell phone reception from most areas on the property. We hope you’ll use this time to disconnect and leave your phones in your rooms while at sessions.

We offer a three-time automated payment plan. Upon registration you will pay a 1/3 deposit of the total retreat and accomodation cost to secure your space.  The 2nd payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on March 1st, 2022, and the final payment on July 1st, 2022. If you register after March first you will have the option of two payments, and after July 1st the entire retreat cost will be charged upon registration.

We highly advise that you purchase travel insurance and additional medical if you are not covered by your health care plan when you travel. We cannot offer refunds unless WTW has to postpone or cancel the retreat due to issues outside of our control.

Most of the accommodations at Mandala Springs are shared rooms with shared bathrooms. If you’re traveling with a friend or relative, please note on our registration form who’d you like to share with. Or ask us to match you up with a soon-to-be new friend. Think of this an elegant, friendly, women-only glamping experience where stunning nature meets comradery and inner richness with sleeping arrangements in a dorm like setting.

We’re providing a shuttle service from the airport (at an extra cost), or you can carpool with a friend.

This is intended to be a casual, relaxed event, so wear what you’re comfortable in. If you’d like to hike, bring hiking shoes and proper attire including for yoga. It can be chilly (in the mornings and evenings) in October in the Northern California Mountains so warm clothing options may be necessary. There is one special dinner planned where we’re all going to wear white, so bring something you feel great in!

We can't wait to see you!
